This is using a tooling setup I’m trying-the competition is really meant to push on different tools that maybe you don’t normally use.
The specific AI setup is a local AI image model-I’ve just never quite used it in this way. I built a little image playground tool to just see what all might kick out.
I’m iterating through that tool just to see what kind of fun images this thing is capable of creating. These are various images inspired by the likes of Bruegel the Elder or Peter Paul Reubens-and others! I’ve become a fan of their work, perhaps a dash of Renoir, as a soft rejection of the melting gaze of say a Dali or scissor like precision of Picasso. You’ll see some influences of those painters, as the image model pulls those in.

The charcoal sketches are weird as they are wonderful. It’d be fun to find a fine-tuning of an image model that say, just did charcoal sketches.

What if…
Doing this exercise inspires a new kind of tool to explore images, but perhaps even some of the other asset types these systems can generate. The thought is to generate ahead of time based on the prompt text, but couple the prompt generation to a small model that just continuously feeds prompts to the image model. Something similar to how the Grok imagine works, only with more forced variety over similarity by way of prompt scattering.
Plus, several other thoughts. Such an interesting thing-and the best part about this, is that it was free.
